Mr. Andrews hails from Georgetown, Guyana. He possesses over thirty years of global experience in the establishment, growth, and management of energy consulting enterprises. Over the course of his career, he served as an executive overseeing programs and projects within the energy sector that collectively amount to billions of dollars (US) across North America and the Caribbean. Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Hofstra University, New York; he is licensed to practice engineering in multiple states across the US and is a certified Project Management Professional.

Chief Strategy Officer, Director – Energy Strategy, Supply Chain and Grant Services

Ms. Alston is a senior utility executive with extensive experience in renewable energy integration, and infrastructure development. Her leadership spans projects in both the United States and The Bahamas, where she oversaw engineering and renewables at Bahamas Power & Light and contributed to national energy transformation initiatives.  She brings specialized expertise in transmission and distribution planning, generation, beneficial electrification, and advanced microgrid and edge-of-grid solutions. Ms. Alston is also highly skilled in developing funding strategies that maximize community benefits, reduce energy burdens, and improve system resilience — with hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of federal and multilateral funding programs. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida State University.

Chief Technology Officer, Director – Power Solutions and Innovation Services

Director of Grid Modernization and Advanced Systems Integration Mr. Frank brings over 20 years of experience leading grid modernization, technology integration, and operational transformation programs for utilities across the United States and the Caribbean. His expertise includes Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems (DERMS), advanced grid control platforms, and the integration of inverter-based resources (IBR) into legacy grid systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Frank has overseen large-scale modernization efforts that have improved grid reliability, operational performance, and the sustainable integration of distributed energy resources. He is recognized for driving innovation at the intersection of grid operations and emerging technologies.

Director – Community Strategy and Engagement

Onika Jervis is an experienced strategist and equity-focused professional known for her leadership in sustainable infrastructure, climate-resilient solutions, community, urban city walkability, wellness planning and grassroots advocacy. Originally from Georgetown, Guyana, Ms. Jervis earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the State University of New York and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration. Throughout her career, she has provided consultancy in food management, waste management, community wellness and solar energy. She combines data-driven strategies, community-focused engagement, and a systems-level perspective for her clients.

Executive Management Consultant

Richard Steeg brings 50 years of experience in the electric and gas utility, transportation, and civil engineering fields. He has operated at the C-suite level, offering contract services to electric and telecommunications firms. Mr. Steeg has held various senior management roles, focusing on transmission, distribution, engineering, construction, and maintenance. His expertise includes managing emergency operations during critical incidents and extreme weather. As a licensed professional engineer, he has worked on grid resiliency initiatives related to climate change and energy demands. He holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering, reflecting his strong technical background in infrastructure and energy management
